SHIPPING POLICY

We ship in 1-2 business days worldwide!

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping:

All our packages are shipped through USPS 1-3 DAY PRIORITY
Priority shipping (1-3 business days)- starting at $7.35 with increments of $3 for every additional items.
Price may vary depending on the size & weight of items.
Next Business Day via USPS- Your order will be processed on the same day if order is received by 12 noon
(Mon-Fri) EST (US) *Saturday is not a Delivery day

Expedited shipping for International orders:

Orders can be tracked after the package has left the U.S. Prices vary depending on weight and final delivery location

Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

*Please track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you though email to check the status of your order. Once your package leaves the country we are unable to track it for you.

*Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:

In the instance that USPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period if you still have not received your package, contact us at indiabatik@gmail.com. Upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with USPS. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or give you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
